Bodykitexpert.com is a registered website to the owner Z & E Auto Sales. From Herein, Z & E Auto Sales and Bodykitexpert.com will be referred to as Bodykitexpert.com.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Bodykitexpert.com or its suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Payment:
All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks, PayPal, and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.
Return Policy:
1. Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by Bodykitexpert.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
A. Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from Bodykitexpert.com. Accepted returns will be assessed with a restocking charge up to 30% restocking charge.
B. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your BODYKITEXPERT.COM. Accepted return will be assessed up to a 30% restocking charge, except that BODYKITEXPERT.COM merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge.
C. Merchandise classified by BODYKITEXPERT.COM as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
D. Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
E. Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
F. Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by BODYKITEXPERT.COM, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
G. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 calendar days after the ship date indicated by BODYKITEXPERT.COM.
H. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
I. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
Warranty/Liability:
All products sold by Bodykitexpert.com are sold "as is" to the customer. Bodykitexpert.com does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Bodykitexpert.com are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Bodykitexpert.com is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Bodykitexpert.com will not be responsible for your own actions.
Shipping Damages and Defective Merchandise:
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, do not sign for the package. If a package is refused it must have considerable damage for a credit to be issued. 'Considerable damage' will be determined by Bodykitexpert.com. Refusing a non-damaged item will result in no credit being issued. You must file a claim request with in 24 hours. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. Defective merchandise may be returned to BODYKITEXPERT.COM for full credit, but only upon verification by BODYKITEXPERT.COM of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by BODYKITEXPERT.COM. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company. If Bodykitexpert.com deems your claim to be user error or non-defective no refund will be issued.

Bodykitexpert.com distributes aftermarket parts that are tailored for specific vehicles. Nevertheless, parts in the automotive aftermarket are not necessarily of OEM quality for every car, and by purchasing parts from Bodykitexpert.com, the customer acknowledges this ubiquitous truth about automotive aftermarket parts.
We recommend that body kits be installed by professionals with experience installing aftermarket automotive parts. That being said, many customers are capable of and choose to do the installation on their own. Most of our body kits retain all the same mounting points as the stock bumpers of the cars they fit, and require use of the same mounting hardware as is used for the stock bumpers. It is important to realize, though, that installing aftermarket parts is very often more intensive and difficult than installing stock factory parts. Any damage done to the product or vehicle is not in any way the responsibility of bodykitexpert.com and no refunds or compensation will be issued.

Right to Change Agreement
Bodykitepert.com reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Bodykitepert.com will post a notice of any change to this Agreement on the website. Your continued use of the website after any such change is made constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the terms of the Agreement as modified.
